Some people are particularly susceptible to the formation of kidney stones. The following regime is very successful in helping to prevent further occurences.

Magnesium 300 - 450-mg daily to stop calcium deposits forming. We suggest Magnesium Supreme as it contains a combination of types of magnesium for optimum absorption.

50 mg of B6 daily in the form of a good B complex. This B complex contains some magnesium as well.

Cranberry & Buchu Combination may reduce risk of infection if kidney stones or gravel are known to be present,
Ginko Biloba for blood flow to the kidneys,
Vit E 250iu and Vit C1000mg.

The Planetary Formula combination called Gravelroot Complex helps to break down gravel.
